KUALA LUMPUR, 14 MAY 2025JETOUR Malaysia continues its momentum in the local automotive market with the official launch of the JETOUR VT9, a bold new addition to its SUV line-up, unveiled at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 at MAEPS, Serdang. The VT9 reflects the brand’s vision of expanding possibilities in every journey through smart design and engineering.

Rooted in the spirit of adventure, the VT9 combines bold design with smart versatility. “VT” stands for “Venture,” reflecting JETOUR’s brand Travel+ philosophy of creating vehicles for meaningful, experience-driven journeys. The “9” represents increased space and comfort — perfect for family trips and long-distance travel. As part of the Travel+ lineup, the VT9 delivers style, convenience, and a sense of freedom wherever the road leads.

Built on a robust platform, the JETOUR VT9 features a bold 1.9 m-wide body with a sleek and dynamic silhouette. Its athletic yet refined stance is defined by the signature JETOUR X-Face front, LED lighting systems, and sporty dual twin tailpipes. Inspired by traditional Chinese design, elements such as lantern-style daytime running lights and a feather-array grille fuse cultural heritage with contemporary sophistication.

Inside, it features a 7-seater cabin with foldable second and third row seats, offering up to 1,680L of cargo space. Premium touches include a leather-wrapped D-shape steering wheel, aluminium accents, and perforated seats for optimal comfort.

The centrepiece of its interior features a 10.25-inch full LCD smart twin-screen infotainment system, with 1920×70 High Resolution, Multi-touch screen while supporting wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, and intelligent voice commands for a smooth ride.

Designed to support a connected and comfortable lifestyle, the JETOUR VT9 elevates every journey with a suite of thoughtful features, including a 62-inch wide-angle panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate, 50W wireless fast charging, and a clean-air cabin equipped with CN95 filtration. Designed for maximum comfort and convenience while prioritising safety without compromise, the JETOUR VT9 also comes equipped with six airbags, a high-strength steel frame, 360° HD video monitoring, and advanced driver assistance systems such as Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Hill Hold and Hill Descent Control, offering drivers and passengers peace of mind on every road.

Tested by professionals, it ensures a smooth and efficient drive with over 2 million kilometres of durability, powered by a 1.5L TCI engine paired with a 6DCT transmission. Targeting dynamic families and modern professionals, the JETOUR VT9 is available in Standard and Comfort variants, offering flexibility in features and pricing to suit a variety of lifestyles.

The Comfort variant starts from RM118,800 nett, and includes features such as LED auto headlamps, sporty red exterior trim, 19-inch alloy wheels, perforated leather seats, ambient lighting, and 50W wireless charging. The Prime variant, priced from RM123,800 nett, adds premium enhancements such as a panoramic sunroof, 6-speaker system, memory seats, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, and a full suite of safety systems including BSD, RCTA, LCW, and DOW. Both variants are available in Star Black, Khaki White, Phantom Grey, Tech Grey, and Aurora Green.
